Literature Tours
Poetry and prose are often about place and the ideas those places evoke. Renee guides you through the actual landscapes and locales featured in the works of such Hebrew authors as David Grossman, Shai Agnon, Yehuda Amichai, Meir Shalev, Amos Oz, Rachel, and Lea Goldberg.
You will see Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, the Jezreel valley, and the Negev desert through the authors' eyes.
If you are a writer as well as a reader, you can participate in Renee's writing workshop and see Israel's literature manifest in your work. Renee has a Masters degree in English Literature from the MFA program at Bar Ilan University and has workshopped novels, plays, and poetry.
